Grace's Small Group Ministries Our dream is for everyone to have a place in community . . . to be part of a Small Group. A church building is God's house. God's household is the people there. He lives in us and shows himself to the watching world through us. Others can see that God is love and that Christ is Lord as we live in harmony with each other.Close your eyes and picture a man or woman who has never been part of a small group and has taken the step to visit one, filling the "open" chair." See their faces relax as they realize that they are not alone in their goals and concerns and that others, who share their journey, are welcoming and energizing. Picture friends who have spent time in small group and have come together, encircling the hospital bed of one who needs support. See family and friends pray together as they encourage each other through challenging times. Picture people sharing the triumph of a goal met, a promotion received, a retirement celebrated. . . . . faces joyful as they share the moment. Picture a circle of friends reaching out to others who do not know Christ and sharing the good news! Together we can accomplish great things. . . . "so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ."
